Why we are building Saascription

Billing tracking for payments. We are building something for the work around subscriptions—owners, renewals, and the truth of what the company still uses.

The market is full of excellent billing products. Invoices, plans, dunning, tax—in many teams that stack is already in place.

Subscription management is a different problem. It is the layer that answers, in plain language:

  • What tools are we actually
  • When does each one renew, and for how much?
  • Who owns the relationship, and are we using what we are buying?

The gap

Those questions rarely live in one system. A spreadsheet in finance, a wiki page in IT, a calendar reminder in nobody’s calendar—and then renewals run on auto-pilot while headcount and usage drift apart.

We started Saascription for operators who need a single place to see that picture without a months-long “implementation program.”

What we are optimizing for

We are not trying to be another generic billing back office. We care about clarity for the people who negotiate renewals, reassign seats, and decommission what no longer fits.

The site and blog you see are part of that story. The app is the next chapter—if this resonates, we would love to build it with you in mind.
